Last week we started a streamed playthrough of Illusion of Gaia (which I haven't played for years!!) on an original SNES via the RetroTink 5X-Pro!

Things got hot and heavy when we reached the first boss Castoth, which not only took 4 tries to finally beat, but we also ran out of health items in the process and barely bested Castoth with half an orb of health left! Such a wild ride. I forgot how much I've missed this game!!

Technical Reference: I captured the game using the RetroTink 5X-Pro (available at the below link) coupled with an ElGato HD60S+ capture card with RGB output from a Super Nintendo Console (with an original Illusion of Gaia game cartridge). (https://www.retrotink.com)
