I'm living in a van in Project Zomboid Build 42! It's been suggested to me that I do a nomad run in Project Zomboid and honestly that's very appealing to me. However I wanted to spice it up a bit. So the very simple rules are:

My only base is to be inside of a van. No stationary bases are allowed!

Anything vehicle that can be considered a van can be my base (viewer opinion taken into consideration)
