A compilation of ways to lose in I'm on Observation Duty 4, a rather fun spot the difference sort of game where you report changes in scenes before four anomalies become active. Additionally, there are intruders (or other anomalies) that may be able to kill you if ignored for too long. They also tend to have a goofy jumpscare which makes losing worth it.

Playing this after playing I'm on Observation Duty 5 really shows how much improvement went into the fifth game and I'm looking forward to seeing how the developer further improves this series.
