I'm on Observation Duty - Jumpscares and Deaths
2,127A compilation of ways to lose in I'm on Observation Duty, the original game of the series where you report changes in scenes before four anomalies become active. It also has a number of intruders and other anomalies that can instantly cause you to fail if ignored. The jumpscares are pretty goofy which makes losing worth it.
I'm not certain if the corridor intruder in the new house has a jumpscare as each time I've ignored them a large number of anomalies pop up. As you can see, I had six anomalies active when you lose at four so I'm a bit unsure as to how that occurred.
As such, if I did miss something do let me know!
