Just some tips to make getting the gold reward easier:

1) The first lunge you make after pressing the sprint button is technically still part of the dodge animation and does not stop stamina recovery.

2) Once you reach the actual sprint after the initial dodge (i.e. When you start glowing golden), Fenyx has additional momentum and that will carry into jumps and the first few frames of a glide.

3) There is a weird bug (or perhaps a feature) where if you jump forward off a ledge, Fenyx doesn't recognize the ledge as a solid object and this instead causes you to use your double jump instead. This will eat into your precious stamina, and can effectively rob you of your double jump and will kill you if this happens on longer gaps. To avoid this try jumping just a hair sooner than the last possible second you think you can.

4) The maze of crates at the end will stop you dead in your tracks if enough of your body touches one while moving forward (fenyx tries to "move" the crate). The fact that I made it through was simply luck and the easier method is to double jump and glide over them.

5) Stamina recovery is key. It's better to wait half a second extra to regenerate some stamina than to risk running out entirely and ending your run prematurely.

6) Dodging the second you begin climbing up a ledge (example at 1:02) will cancel the climbing animation and will immediately cause you to dodge forward.
