This is Death Waltz, composed by John Stump in 1920.
In World War 1, John Stump fought against the national communists (nazi's) to fight to defend freedom, in one of his missions, he had to go help the Imperial Japanese Navy fight against a giant ass nazi robot in the pacific ocean.
Together with Joseph Joestar, John Stump and the Japanese Imperial Navy managed to defeat the Prussianator (that's the name of the robot), however, suddendly, John Stump was hit by a random piece of metal that exploded from the robot, so he was wounded and fell in the sea!
When John Stump woke up, he found himself on the coast of of Kansai in Japan, where he met a beautiful anime girl, apparently, she was from an anime called "Bad Apple", her name was Hatsune Miku, and she had a giant cock!
"I have to get back to Brittain!" said John Stump, but then suddendly, Joseph Joestar appeared from the water and said "no, you have to marry this girl and create a video game called Len'en"
And thus, John Stump listened to Joseph Joestar, and together with Hatsune Miku, they made a game about Bad Apple called "Len'en", it was very great, and it had a song called "Death Waltz", it was inspired by the ancient Indian monk; "BeatLuigi", but most people knew him by his priest name; "HotAndCreate, it was a very great song, and because it was so good, emperor Hirohito decided to give John Stump permanent citizenship because he was such a talented FL Studio producer, but then World War 2 happened, and John Stump was conscripted in the Japanese army and had to fight the Brittish, then, Joseph Joestar became very angry and flew in a balloon to stop John Stump, but it was too late, anime has corrupted John Stump!

Unfortunately, that is all that is known about John Stump's past.
Clearly, he was a very kind and patriotic man who loved his friends dearly, and you can clearly hear that in his music, personally, i think it's a tragedy that we never discovered what happened to John Stump after he was sent off to fight against the space Chinese, but i am sure that John Stump had an exciting life, and Joseph Joestar and Hatsune Miku will forever remember him for his contributions to Undertale, may he rest in peace.
