This is not a SkyBall video... This is the regular game clouds. How to improve certain ones to look better by adding a zoom blur to the original image.
Worth noting I did not point out that the places the sky gets its clouds are on a dev map. If you want to make a change you will need to load it into your photo editor, and export to a save folder for the level you want to put them in.
