Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is considered one of the classic Lucas Arts adventure games.
Based on the eponymous movie it differs a bit from the usual style of the studio: instead of a humorous story with wacky characters we are presented with a much more serious one.
Not being a fan of Indiana Jones, I prefer Day of the Tentacle or The Secret of Monkey Island (not speaking of Loom - my all time favourite Lucas Arts adventure game), but I still recognize this is a very good game.
In order to run it on Linux you need ScummVM (www.scummvm.org/), an open source engine that supports many classic adventure games. You can usually find it in your distribution's software center.
Or you can grab a copy of this game on GOG, because it comes with ScummVM preinstalled.
