I head on back to Nirlake to see what I need to do get their economy rolling again... to find out that it has burned to the ground. A shed caught fire, which set their crops on fire, which spread to everything else. Yikes.

The mayor (I guess?) has given me a stack of "Nirlake Letters" to give to people around the globe, asking for help in rebuilding the town. So I go ahead and take care of all that this episode.
