We immediately get started on the main mission where we have to protect Shane's men from the russians. So we have to get to a sniper post, tap into some neon, and blast'em. Once the first guy is saved, we continue on to other locations to save the rest of Shane's men.
We're able to save all of his men and then start free-roaming again.
Eventually, we make it to our next main objective and get a call from Jenny, one of Shane's people. She says that she's going to help us track down an Akuran lieutenant by using cameras to find him. So we head over to the specified area and start scanning the cameras for Jenny. She's able to see the camera footage of the path that the Akuran and his victim took so we continue scanning cameras until we find the spot where the girl was kidnapped.
When we get there, we find his phone and Jenny starts trying to find him.
