We start the episode off and plan on doing the main objective but find out that it's currently locked out so we have to do more stuff around the city to unlock it. Whomp whomp... So we do some free-roaming, switch to Video and agitate some DUP agents and helicopters at a Mobile Command Center fortress.
After we collect the blast shards, we go around the city picking on DUP agents and end up getting struck by a stray bullet and killing us. Once we respawn and get a bit of payback, we start a Secret Agent Mission.
That mission doesn't take very long at all. Next, we head over to our main objective, Quid Pro Quo and meet up with Hank to allegedly save Fetch and Eugene from Augustine.
We make it onto her fortress and start destroying the concrete support pillars to try and bring the place down.
He leads us to a core relay and all of a sudden, concrete encapsulates our hands and then Augustine appears. It looks like Hank has been working with her. Just then, Reggie shoots a rocket at Augustine and it gives us a chance to escape. We make it to Reggie and he gets the concrete off of our hands so that we can use our powers again.
Then Augustine comes back and there's some commotion. Reggie ends up falling off into the water and we stand up to face Augustine and her concrete minions.
