As a kid playing this mission, I hated it. I couldn't understand how to counter the A-10 Thunderbolts or the Alpha Aurora bombers. Thankfully, as an adult I've mastered it. Here are the top things to look out for:

1:36 A-10 Thunderbolts will target your supply centres
3:04 Save your game often
4:09 Build plenty of AA (minigunners)
5:47 These oil derricks won't be attacked
7:08 Save when you're doing well
9:44 Beware of Alpha Aurora bombers
11:43 The AI uses particle cannons inefficiently
13:42 Build hackers early and space them out
16:33 Build cheap buildings at the front, to tank particle cannons
19:25 Beware of rear chinhook sneak attacks
23:29 Take out the airfield to halt Aurora attacks
25:22 Target power clusters to delay particle cannon strikes
28:38 Use inferno cannons to destroy emplacements & Avengers
32:30 Don't destroy this particle cannon. It will increase AI power threshold
34:37 Destroy command centre to slow base construction
36:24 Destroy the final dozer to cease base rebuilding
38:33 Eliminate Avengers to mobilise aircraft
