Game Review/Summary:
In this survival strategy, absolutely any city on our planet can become the place of action, and the location maps will correspond to the real ones. What does it feel like to fight off zombies under the walls of your office and carry canned food for the survivors of the neighboring corner store?
We have a typical zombie apocalypse before us - a pandemic that suddenly engulfs the planet destroys civilization at the root, and small groups of survivors drag out a miserable existence in underground caches. A few years later, people begin to timidly get to the surface: the news spreads on the radio from shelter to shelter that the surface is now relatively habitable.
We do not build houses and industrial buildings from scratch, but rebuild existing ones, gatherers not only cut down trees, but also dismantle the ruins for building materials. Only farmers, as usual, bend their backs in the fields.
However, the main source of resources will be abandoned buildings: squad after squad is sent on forays for food, ammo, medicine and other valuable loot - until all the surroundings are completely cleared. By this time, you can have your own production (by studying the research tree), and assign scouts to vehicles found in the ruins to collect supplies away from the base.
There is a change of day and night: no one works at night, but there is no time to be bored - groups of zombies periodically raid, from which you have to fight off with all your might. Other inhabitants of the city can be found in small groups of other survivors, and they can be either neutral or hostile.
The developers did not deceive - you can choose any place for the base where there is at least some settlement in the world. You won't be able to build in an open field — you need to have buildings at the selected point. As for the rest, we are really allowed to start anywhere - from large metropolitan areas to small villages with a population of 500 people.
