Picking up after the events of DLC 1, we're thrown right back into the action with more fast combat than ever.
Doom Eternal picks up after the Hell invasion of Mars where we need to stop the Hell invasion on Earth now.
Doomguy has a lot more gadgets, weapons, and facetime in this game though. But all in all it's the same rip and tear we love.
Shame it doesn't have the normal MP mode but I might give the other mode a try sometime.
