Ok, so this character is a weird one. First of all - he does so little damage for so much work. Second - his execution is heavy. I would rate the execution of this character to around 7 out of 10. BUT he does have a restand, insane range on normals, fast starting mid and poke, superb pressure and 50/50. He is playable and he can be annoying as hell, while flying around the screen, but unless he gets some extra damage, he is not able to compete on a high level.
I wouldn't recommend this character to a beginner, because even the easiest stuff is not really easy.
