Alright - Grodd is now done and he has some neat stuff. Great buttons and good frame data. Awesome trait and superior damage, but his main goal is to touch you with b2. Once that happens, it is restand into 50/50 mix-up, that each segment nets around 30-35%. Good luck with that.
Overall, he is good B+ tier character, so if you have the patience and skills to press buttons, he can be serious contender.
