17 years of research, and a huge biomechanical breakthrough in April have led me to this. This is perfect disc golf form, the only way you can really make it more powerful is with more momentum. I've arrived at this form using "The Method", a revolutionary disc golf backhand teaching method I created this year with two collaborators.
