17 years of research, and a huge biomechanical breakthrough in April have led me to this. This is almost perfect disc golf form, the only way you can really make it more powerful is with more momentum and by making the force transfer more linear. I've arrived at this form using "The Method", a revolutionary disc golf backhand teaching method I created this year with two collaborators. The Method will soon be spreading into the ecosystem, thanks to a completely free documentary series under production. The motto for the project is simply "Free to Play".
