Update: it's even crazier than expected. You don't even need to go to orbit, leave the area and reenter it XD. Save your sparrow or use Eager Edge to be faster.

Update 2: looks like you can actually drop armor as long as you have it unlocked, that makes this method kinda crazy to minmax your leveling

Update 3: bringing a sparrow to the area at the bottom, “alluring curtain”, and farming the first 2 chests you see seems to be the fastest way to do this as long as you have an Eager Edge sword. There are plenty of videos on it.

Since someone asked why "neutral element" is in the title: the chests are guaranteed (read update 2) to drop weapons, so you can fill your inventory of resonance weapons in minutes. After than you can go to Shuro/Grasp and complete them all easily.

Do it until it works, imo it will get fixed since it's kinda crazy.
This method basically let's you skip half the grind.
It's really nice to min max weapons and farm legendaty shards too.
