Main Edits-I say sorry about a glitch on my other video: here are the instuctions on the Description 1, go to: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-... 2, Download the correct driver for your OS, 3, install the hardware driver with optional Windows Software 4, Plug your Headset in a new USB slot if plugged in early before install. 5, Win 7/8 Start, search sound, Win XP Vista, Start, Controll panel, Sound. 6, Make Headset default then hit Test, Also click Recording tab, set Headset/MIC to default communication and default device. 7, click Properties / Custom and tick ACG 8, Restart your PC and enjoy your headset.

Edit of 26th feb 2015 it seems like the headset panel needs to have the Red Light Off by pressing the middle button,
