There are lots of first person shooters out there. What Insurgency gets right is that kills are not the only thing that affects your score. For instance capturing a checkpoint is worth 100 points, killing a npc is worth 10 points and dying is -50 points caches are worth 100 points but only the person or persons that destroy it get the 100 points if you kill the last enemy from a counter attack he is worth more points. Dying is very costly in Insurgency if you die let's say before a checkpoint first off you lose -50 points for dying secondly you will not get that check point -100 points and thirdly if there is a counter attack you will miss out all any kills. I see people all the time that just focus on kills and lose the mvp for the map and and just lose it in game chat. Anyway I hope this helps people that want to win mvp for the maps and increase their scores. Hope you all have a great day cheers!!
