The main i9-9900K is a 8 core processor with Turbo Boost to 5.0 GHz. The base clock of i9-9900K is 3.6 GHz.
Now for the i9 9900T Turbo Speed is going to be 3.8 GHz for only 1 Core and 3.3 GHz for 4 Cores. The base clock speed of i9 9900T is 1.7 GHZ. The i9 9900T Specs are that its a 8 Cores and 16 Threads CPU.
