Intel i7 6700k + Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR 4 Unboxing
4Short review: The i7 is the top of the line model under the Skylake family so it's to no surprise that it performs top notch and can be configured for overclock with the Asus software while on the desktop. I haven't run anything extensive yet but I've only seen the temperature peak at 32 degrees Celsius. The DDR4 memory is great on its own too. Can run multiple windows without noticing any issues. Initially the RAM was detected as 2133 MHz which is the base non-OC rated memory speed for the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard. OC was required but not knowing much about overclocking, I turned on the XMP 2.0 profile and it automatically tuned the setting to get the memory to the rated 2666 MHz.
