We test 10 Windows games using the Beelink Mini S12 Mini PC.
The Intel Processor N95 is an entry-level Quad-Core CPU and runs up to 3.4GHz. The iGPU used is the Intel UHD Graphics Xe 16EUs at a supposed max of 1200MHz, according to data sheets.
When the stock bios settings (20w max) are used, in tests we can see that the iGPU can't push out any more speed, as the full 20 watts of power are being used. Raising this value to 35w, we can see a noticeable difference, which speeds up the FPS in games but also adds strain to the system with heat.
According to the bios, the N95 thermal throttles when the CPU hits 95 Degrees Celcius. This may be the reason why we see the stock bios set to 20w, which is fine for usual everyday use.
The Intel N95 CPU is also used in other Mini PC units and laptops, such as the GMKtec NucBox G1, Trigkey G4, Acemagician AD03, AceMagic AX15, Acemagic AK1 Plus, Kamrui GK3 Plus, Simodewa, and CTONE Mini PCs.
