Ok, ok - so I admit I haven't had much time to work on my path tracer project recently due to far more important things taking priority. However, I realised that I hadn't uploaded this video before (at least, I think I haven't) so here it is, about a year late!

Nothing much has changed in the code other than a few minor tweaks and bug fixes. The only other thing that has changed has been the hardware on which it is running (this video was made using my nVidia 3090 whereas I've been running the nVidia 4090 for a while now, the increased CUDA count is wonderful!) and a newer version of Windows. So, that effectively means that the path tracer is not using RTX - just C++ and CUDA (with OpenGL interop so that I can read/write frame buffers as needed) and exists mainly for fun, research, experimentation, learning, and professional development.

Written in CUDA / C++ (Visual Studio) and running on Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).
GPU - nVidia Geforce RTX 3090 (ASUS ROG STRIX GAMING OC)
CPU - Intel i9 Series-X (10c/20t)
