Another quick test video, but running under a completely different environment and OS compared to the first video... Here, it is running (again in Debug mode) on Windows 11 native. Due to the fact that it no longer has to go through layers of virtualization, the GPU alpha issues are no more and performance is much improved (even in Debug mode).

This version has a few experimental tweaks - higher-res textures (in some places). There are also a few issues to overcome, such as support for different screen aspect ratios (hence why the overlays on the HUD look distorted when running at a 16:9, as opposed to 4:3, resolution).

Currently in development using the original(ish) dev setup:
- VS97 (or VS2010 for this build)
- DirectX7 (yuck)

Work-in-progress, in collaboration with HighwayFrogs (HF). This is a non-commercial project that aims to preserve and enhance older games whilst enabling them to run on modern hardware.
