Aoa! MY name Is Ehsan and welcome to Biology with Ehsan
In this Lecture we introduced the concept of respiration. It is basically chapter 14 of biology. Biology class 12 first chapter is about respiration.
There are two types of respirations and we came to know the difference between internal respiration and external respiration.
The chapter includes four major topics which are
Properties of respiratory surafce, Human respiratory system, transport of gases and respiratory disorders.
Human respiratory system consists of two parts.
One is Upper respiratory tract which consists of nose and pharynx, and other is lower respiratory tract which consists of larynx, trachea,bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli etc. Transport of gases include transport of oxygen, transport of carbon dioxide and respiratory pigments.
Respiratory disorders consists of Upper respiratory tract infections like sinusitis, lower respiratory tract infections like pulmonary tuberculosis and lung disorders like lung cancer
