In this Lecture we discussed the composition of nucleotides and we came to know that how pentose sugar, nitrogenous bases and phosphate group link to each other. We also discussed the difference between nucleotide and nucleoside. How nitrogenous base link to ribose or deoxyribose sugar and how phosphate group make bond with ribose and deoxyribose sugar.
