In this lecture we discussed the formation of nucleotides and how pyrophosphate is released during polymerization of nucleotides. Then we discussed that what is 3' end and what does it mean by 5' end in nucleic acid.
Why pyrophosphate is released instead of water in condensation of nucleotides.
