Have you ever tried to focus your attention on the sun, the center of our solar system? In doing so, we draw closer to our own center, our higher self, or the sun, within. And we melt into it and begin to resemble it more and more.

This episode is all about light—the visible and the invisible, unseen light—and working with light and the sun.

There are material foods just as there are spiritual foods; in the same way that we eat bread and drink water each day to nourish our physical body, we should nourish our spiritual bodies with the sun: with its light, with its warmth, and with its life. This is one reason why Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov suggested we should watch the sunrise every day as if we were seeing it for the first time.

Presented by Anatole who was born in Switzerland and lived in several countries, including France, England, Mexico and the United States of America. Originally a farmer, he has many interests, one of which is the Yoga of the Sun. He travelled widely and this fascination for cultures, traditions and spiritual practices is reflected in the talk.
