I've been playing World of Warcraft since early 2006, so it's been a part of my life for quite a while. I've decided to make an on-and-off Let's Play of the game, doing one zone at a time to experience the lore and the many stories of this huge MMORPG!
The Echo Isles is the starting area of the Trolls. Before the Cataclysm, they shared their starting area with the orcs, but as they reclaimed their isles from the traitor Zalazane they now start there. The isles lies at the southern tip of the coast of Durotar and are much more lush than the zone the belong to, having more of a jungle-like habitat.
