iOS 13.2.3 is here! It fixes bugs and it's the best version of iOS 13 yet, but you should still avoid it if you care about jailbreaking! The iPhone X and lower will be able to jailbreak iOS 13.2.3, but this update comes after iOS 13.2, which closes a key kernel vulnerability that exists in iOS 13.1.3 and lower. This kernel vulnerability means that we could receive a semi untethered iOS 13 jailbreak (different than checkra1n's semi tethered style) for all devices. This is why if you have an A12 or A13, it's recommended that you avoid iOS 13.2.3 at all costs!
If you're already running iOS 13.2.x, updating to iOS 13.2.3 isn't as big of a deal... But there's always a chance a 0Day exploit exists that could be released that supports iOS 13.2.2 and lower, so update with caution.
