iPhone 12 pro max frame and back glass replace

0I broke the back glass on my iPhone 12 pro max and ran across a video of someone replacing the frame with the glass. I looked for the part and figured id give it a try. I ended up breaking the screen upon removal due to not taking my time and rushing and not properly heating the seal around the screen. Lesson learned.
