I didn't clip the parts that showed the explanation (it would've added another minute to the clip), but if anyone's interested in how to get to Timothy: some deep voice tells you something like "3:30. Balcony. Input. Year of (Nelson) Mandela's death." So basically switch to the balcony camera at 3:30 and report "Balcony"/"Input", then when prompted, type in "2013".
