In round eight of the FIDE World Rapid Championship 2022, GM Maksim Chigaev (2548) was up against GM Vidit Santosh Gujrathi (2659). Vidit was two pawns up and was comfortably moving towards victory. But then he blunders. And loses his queen. Vidit tries to setup a fortress. When the game ends, Anish Giri joins in and disagrees with the result of the game. Who is right? The players or Anish?
