This was the only "glitch" I ran into, and it was only in this lobby. Still, it makes you wonder why when someone shot off a stinger it shot 5 missiles, and when someone shot off a javelin it shot off 9 missiles.

This is where you guys come in! Have any of you ran into any infections or mods like this while playing Modern Warfare 2 on either the Xbox 360 or the PS3?
