WHAT IS MONO TEAM? IS IT GOOD OR BAD? - GUARDIAN TALES
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A mono team means using the same element for the entire team. It can be fire, water, earth, light or dark team.

Advantage of mono team:
1) Easy to build - Farming 3* unique hero allows you to farm for the same element 2* rare hero shards. You will only get 3 pcs hero shards for unique hero at most each run, while you can get more than 3 pcs hero shards for most of the rare hero.

2) Party Buff - Some of the monster gives good party buff, but it is only limited to her own element only. Hence, some people may want to make use of this party buff and do not want to let it go waste.

3) Mirror Rift - Farming mirror rift is easier since there is only 1 element disadvantage to your team.
