There is a Resident Evil contract between Capcom and Sony floating around the internet that has the internet asking a lot of questions. It would seem the internet wants to know if this is purposefully reducing access to Game Pass members, if consoles are being throttled to run worse, and if this is a normal practice. Because I do not know the answer to these questions I brought on HoegLaw to discuss whether or not the contract is real, how it can be interpreted legally, and to get his opinion on the purported contract.
