There I said it; Galactic Paragons is going to be better than Utopia! That's right, I'm going there. Why? Because there's just so many fundamental changes coming to Stellaris that the game is basically moving to the 4.0 version. It's utter insanity the amount of content that is coming. First off, leaders are going to be far more central to the game, becoming actual characters. But let's talk about that in the video.
