🇵🇷 Isla Verde restaurant is a one year old Puerto Rican restaurant in a charming old house in Parker. I'm not an expert on this cuisine but I loved everything I ate and would highly recommend it. They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. I tried Alcappurias, Queso Frito, Shrimp Mofongo, Red Snapper with a garlic butter sauce and a Stuffed baked potato.
