I got a DM from @docjesseriley saying "I dunno if you’ve been to mestizo brewing off 38th but I would argue they have the best birria taco in the city. Let’s grab a brew and some tacos some time!" 🌮 So I went. Apparently it's my new thing, if you DM me a restaurant that you recommend I'll go with you and film you eating with me.

As for Mestizo, I couldn't recommend it higher. The combination of quality house made beer, hospitality and delicious Latin American cuisine can't be beat! 🎉

And I still can't pronounce Llapingachos. Sorry to all the Ecuadorians that I just offended.
