At a time when the US is preparing to send astronauts to the Moon again, a secret file that the CIA filed 25 years ago regarding the existence of life on the Moon has come to the fore again.
In the 1970s and 80s, the CIA conducted a program called remote viewing. In this study, it was claimed that some people had the ability to “see” distant regions through their minds. One of these people, Ingo Swann, claimed in his book Penetration published in 1998 that he discovered giant structures where aliens live on the dark side of the Moon.
HE TOLD US WHAT HE SAW ON THE MOON
Swann explained that he was taken to a secret base by the CIA, where he was asked to mentally examine the Moon.
He claimed that during the mission he saw giant towers, domes, buildings that emit light, and human-like aliens carrying out mining activities. According to Swann, these beings had psychic powers and had noticed him.
"EVEN CIA OFFICIALS WERE ANXIOUS"
Swann stated that among the structures he saw was a tower the size of the United Nations building in New York, that some aliens were pointing at him, and that this moment made even CIA officials nervous.
Despite these surprising claims, no signs of life or concrete evidence of alien existence has been found on the Moon to date. The US, Russia, China, Japan and India's Moon missions do not support these claims.
