It's no exaggeration to say that there is almost no washing up to do [whole salmon cream pasta]. ...
This is a one-pan pasta dish that you can make in one go by adding spaghetti to the same frying pan you used to cook the salmon in. Recommended for solo lunches!

■Ingredients (1 serving)
・100g spaghetti [1.6mm]
・1 slice (80g) salted salmon [mild]
・30g spinach [frozen]
・10g salted butter
☆Cream sauce
・200cc milk
・200cc water
・1/3 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
■Procedure
(1) Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. When it starts to melt, add the salmon and cook. When it is browned, flip it over and brown both sides.
(2) Add the ☆ ingredients except for the milk to a frying pan, and when it boils, add the spaghetti, broken in half. Stir once, cover, and simmer over low heat for the indicated time, stirring twice during the process. (This time, I used 1.6mm spaghetti that took 7 minutes to boil. If you are using noodles that are thicker than the recipe suggests, add more water and adjust the cooking time accordingly.)
(3) Remove any salmon bones and break up the flesh. Add milk and spinach, and simmer over medium heat for 1-2 minutes while stirring.
