・200g thinly sliced pork belly
・1 lettuce (300g)
・A little salt and pepper
・2 tablespoons sake
☆Seasonings
・3 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce
・A little chili pepper (sliced)
■Procedure
(1) Cut the pork into 4cm pieces with kitchen scissors.
(2) Place the lettuce in a frying pan with the core facing up. Push the core inward with your hand. Remove the core by moving it back and forth little by little. Tear into bite-sized pieces and spread out. Place the pork on top, making sure not to overlap, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. (After removing the core, wash the lettuce once.)
(3) Pour sake over it and cover. Heat over low-medium heat and steam for about 8 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
(4) Pour ponzu soy sauce over it and sprinkle with chili peppers.
