Double Dragon III was a complete failure when it hit the arcades. Choppy frame rates and poor gameplay mean that it was a game fans wanted to forget ever existed in the franchise. After its initial release the game was ported onto other consoles. All of these versions were terrible with the exception of this NES port. While not perfect this edition is a lot of fun and the only port worthy of carrying the Double Dragon logo. Thank you for watching and if you like what we do..
