Grill the ground pork coated with potato starch without kneading it! Season it simply with yakiniku sauce♪ Cut it into pieces of your desired size and enjoy.

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・400g ground pork
・A little pepper
・Potato starch as needed
・3 tablespoons yakiniku sauce
・1 tablespoon salad oil
■Procedure
(1) Sprinkle pepper on the surface of the ground pork while it is still in the package, and coat it with potato starch.
(2) Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and place the ground pork with the potato starch side down. Sprinkle pepper on the other side in the same way and coat it with potato starch. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. (Remove any excess fat or scum that may appear.)
(3) Turn over, turn heat to medium, and press lightly with a spatula. Add yakiniku sauce and cook for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. (Cut to your desired size and enjoy.)
