■Ingredients (2 servings)
・1 chicken thigh (300g)
・1 beaten egg
・3 tablespoons yakiniku sauce
・3 tablespoons potato starch
・3 tablespoons plain flour
・Appropriate amount of salad oil
■Procedure
(1) Remove excess fat from the chicken, poke holes all over with a fork, and cut into bite-sized pieces. (Punching holes will allow the flavor to soak in more easily.)
(2) Put the chicken and yakiniku sauce in a storage bag, rub together, and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
(3) Add beaten eggs to 2 and rub together, then add potato starch and cake flour and mix.
(4) Add 2cm of salad oil to a pan and heat to 170℃. Add chicken and fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. (When you poke it with chopsticks, the juices that come out are clear, which is an indication of how done it is.)
