■Ingredients (2 servings)
・4 chikuwa
・100g minced pork
・2/3 pack of green onions (chopped)
・1/2 tsp grated ginger
・1/4 tsp salt
・1/2 tbsp sesame oil
☆Seasonings
・1 tsp sugar
・1 tbsp mentsuyu [3x concentrated]

■Procedure
(1) Put the minced pork, green onions, grated ginger, and salt in a plastic bag and mix until it becomes sticky. Cut off about 1cm of the end of the bag (meat filling).

(2) Open the chikuwa by making a vertical cut. Squeeze 1/4 of the meat filling into the cut. Make a total of 4 pieces in the same way. Cut into 3 equal lengths (chikuwa dumplings).

(3) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place the chikuwa dumplings meat side down. Cover and steam over low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn over, add ☆, and cook for 1-2 minutes while rolling until the meat is cooked through.
