"Meat-stuffed green peppers"
■Ingredients (serves 2)
・250g minced pork
・3 green peppers (90g)
・1/2 onion (100g)
・2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
・2 tablespoons milk
・Pinch of salt
・A little pepper
・3 tablespoons yakiniku sauce
■Procedure
(1) Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Finely chop the onion.
(2) Moisten the breadcrumbs with the milk in a frying pan, add the minced pork, onion, salt, and pepper, and mix until sticky. Shape into a circle and spread out to a thickness of about 1cm. Arrange the green peppers in a radial pattern, lightly stuffing them in.
(3) Heat the frying pan over medium heat. When you hear a crackling sound, add water (not included in the recipe: 1 tablespoon), cover, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Remove the lid and wipe off excess fat with kitchen paper. Add the yakiniku sauce, shake and move the frying pan, and use a spoon to coat the meat in the broth.
(4) Place in a serving dish and pour over the sauce remaining in the frying pan.
