iOS 13.3.1 comes after iOS 13.3: a firmware that patched two key kernel vulnerabilities in iOS 13. These new vulnerabilities can be exploited, which in turn will lead to a new iOS 13 jailbreak that's semi untethered! This means no more using a computer to boot tethered. While it's possible to jailbreak iOS 13.3.1 (even in beta) with checkra1n, if you care about a semi untethered jailbreak, avoid both iOS 13.3.1 and iOS 13.3! This is especially true on devices that cannot use checkra1n, like the A12 and A13 powered iPhone XS and iPhone 11 series devices. Downgrade while you still can.
